With over 30 years of diverse, high-level and executive experience spanning Silicon Valley manufacturing, tech, motorcycle mfg & racing, and AV multimedia, I bring an advanced approach to COO advisory.  Recognized as one of the 2024 Global Top 50 Women in Accounting by Ignition, I am unlike traditional business consultants who often include marketing and generalized advice.  Instead, I offer a unique blend of expertise in International Operations, High-Level Finance, and Global Compliance (ISO9000, Export/Import).  I work directly with clients to tackle the unique challenges that come with scaling and optimizing businesses in complex, regulated environments.

As a former Senior M&A Crisis Manager at Arthur Andersen, I've had the privilege of guiding numerous mergers and acquisitions - a background that informs my nuanced understanding of operational and financial transformation.  My 20 years as an Enrolled Agent in tax representation also shape my practical approach to small business needs, helping clients build not just profitability, but resilience and long-term stability.
